These Whoopee-Deux Handlebars extend along the length of the cargo rack, supporting 2 children. They have an optional smaller bar across the back to safely enclose passengers or cargo. Alternatively, the back can be left open for easier cargo retrieval. Whoopee-Deux handlebars also serve as a way to balance your Haul-a-Day upside-down during repairs or storage.
The Whoopee-Deux option with a stem, which attaches to the seat post, is an earlier production model, whereas the option that attaches only to the rack is the current model. Both serve the same purpose and are safe. The version of the Whoopee-Deax that attaches to the rack will be best for those riders who expect to need to lower their seat to or below rack height.
