How do I earn BikePartners Rewards Points?

It's easy! For each dollar you spend, you earn one BikePartners Rewards Club point. Earn 100 points and get $5 off your next purchase. 1000 points gets you $50 off your next purchase. (That's 5% return on your purchases, or more.)

Watch your Rewards Club profile and you will see other incentives popup occasionally, offering services and premiums that you may like such as tube and tire discounts, and seasonal promotions. You get a special gift on your birthday, too -- be sure to register and supply your birthday to win.

I made our BikePartners Rewards Club a simple, easy to understand program without a list of "fine print" exclusions - you earn rewards points on all purchases (except consignment sales -- that's the only fine print.)

What can I use my BikePartners Rewards points on?

BikePartners Rewards Club points can be used for any item or service, both in our brick & mortar store and online.

Can I receive my BikePartners Rewards in cash?

BikePartners Rewards Club points have no cash value. Nice try though.

When can I use my BikePartners Rewards?

All rewards points are available to use on your next visit after 48 hours. (You gotta come back. That's the whole idea.)

How do I know how many BikePartners Rewards points I have?

You will receive a monthly email or text outlining the points you have earned. The message contains a url web link that you can bookmark on your smartphone or browser for reference at any time. You can also log on to your account on the web site to view your BikePartners Rewards account info, including points you have earned and available rewards. click here

Can I use my BikePartners Rewards points online?

Yes! You bet.

Can I use my BikePartners Rewards to pay for special orders?

Yes, BikePartners Rewards Club points can be used to pay for special orders. We love doing special orders for our customers (within reason).

Can I get a referral bonus for recommending a friend to BikePartners Bike Shop?

You bet! When you tell a friend about BikePartners Bike Shop, and they buy a bike or trike from me, I'll reward you with BikePartners Rewards Club points based on the sale price of the bike, ala

• bike purchase up to $1,000 gets you 500 points ($25 value)
• bike purchase up to $2,000 gets you 1,000 points ($50 value)
• bike purchase up to $3,000 gets you 1,500 points ($75 value)

and so on. Just make sure your friend tells me about you so I can award the points to your account. Sweet.
