- Why Appointments? To best serve the needs of you my customer, I employ a 'By Appointment' model for our shop. This allows me to support you with personalized service that best meets YOUR needs.
- Is there a fee? Our bike purchase consultation and demo fee for private appointments is $25/hour, all of which can be credited towards a bicycle purchase within 90 days. During our consultation, you'll have the benefit of my undivided attention. You'll have full access to a selection of bikes to find one that meets your needs. I'll even ride with you if you want! You will learn a lot!
- Do I have to pay to shop for parts, accessories, or to get service? There is no fee for paid service or accessory purchase appointments.
- Why mobile? In this time of internet shopping and telecommuting, customers have come to appreciate personalized shopping in the convenience of their own home, work or recreation environment. We love seeing how our bikes will be used by the customer!
- Is there a mileage charge for the Mobile Showroom? I offer free mileage for demos or deliveries within Santa Rosa city limits; $1/mile for locations outside of Santa Rosa city limits. Mileage and demo charges convert to store credit if a sale is made. Sweet!
