Avoid rooster tails! Put fenders on your ride. These are SKS fenders branded for Tern, sized for 20" (406) wheels. Go get wet.
Note the specific exclusions for these model Tern: Verge X10, X20, X30h -- the issue is the v-brake cable slightly touches the fender. If you can live with that -- or make an extension -- this is the way to go.
